NOTES: a CMU base spans along the fall line across the site, acting as a stabilizing retaining wall and anchor

PROJECT TEXT: Within the base are located the bedrooms, swingroom, and dance studio; above, in two pavilions that rotate to face the view, are the living areas and garage. Between the two rotated elements, on the roof of the base, is an entry court, with its own view.
